**Horticulturalist - In Bloom contracts**

Citywide has a great opportunity for an experienced Horticulturist to work within our In Bloom contracts for Local Government Authorities.

**This is a night shift role - Sunday to Thursday 7pm - 3.30am.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintaining floral displays - bed preparation, plant selection, design, planting and after care
- Garden Auditing
- Reporting daily to the Team Leader to keep all site records up to date

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum Certificate III Parks and Gardens (or equivalent in experience). Preferred Certificate IV Horticulture or equivalent
- Experience in Annual Display beds including bed preparation, plant selection, design, planting and after care
- Excellent knowledge of plants, pests & diseases
- Good knowledge of native plant/weed ID skills
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Chemcert AQF 3 Accreditation
- Ability to use devices to input relevant data to capture records
- Excellent presentation
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent customer service focus and interpersonal skills
- Strong safety, environment, and quality focus
- Ability to follow instruction and work well with other team members
