We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team at CBC in Toowoomba.

**Being the first point of contact** for the branch and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, as well as managing sales processes from beginning to end.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Provide** customer service
- counter sales and via phone
- **Attend **to general and sales enquiries
- **Assist** with pick packing orders

This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

**Who are you?**
- Good Customer service skills through proven work history
- Good verbal and written skills
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- The ability to multitask and priorities your workloads
- Team player to support other areas when required
- Mechanical aptitude **with **bearing and power transmission knowledge is **advantageous**
