Job Title: Sales Visualizer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our sales and merchandising solutions team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners within the liquor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing product displays and layouts to attract customers and drive sales.

- Forecasting and Planning: Accurately forecast demand, plan product assortments, and develop inventory strategies to meet sales targets.

- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with suppliers, vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to coordinate merchandising activities and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Negotiation Skills: Secure favorable terms with suppliers, vendors, and partners, including pricing, delivery schedules, and promotional opportunities.

- Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor merchandising strategies to enhance the shopping experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License

- Access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to various retail locations

- Ability to Carry Stock

- Availability to work between 8 to 32 hours per week, with flexibility between Monday and Thursday

- Strong Organizational Skills to effectively manage merchandise displays, stock levels, and inventory rotation at multiple locations

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with store managers, colleagues, and customers

- Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accurate product placement, pricing, and signage in accordance with company standards

- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maximize productivity during merchandising activities

- Problem-Solving Abilities to identify and resolve merchandising issues or challenges independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is advantageous

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
