Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in building scalable software systems, particularly in ML/MLOps environments. This includes designing and maintaining sophisticated labelling and data systems using Python, SQL, Kubernetes, Argo, and GitLab.
Develop and optimise backend services, APIs, and databases that support ML data workflows
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create seamless workflows across diverse applications
Mentor junior engineers while promoting collaboration and operational excellence
Requirements:
5+ years of experience building production-grade software systems
Strong Python skills and deep understanding of distributed systems on Linux
Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production optimisation
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
