Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineer with expertise in analytics and science to join our team. As a key member of our Data Team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating large-scale data systems or AI/ML solution platforms.
About the Role
System Development: You will build and maintain solutions that power key business functions, including experimentation platforms, personalization, dynamic pricing, and related capabilities.
Ai Tooling Development: You will own best practices for AI Agents and enable other business functions to deploy AI Agents to solve real business problems.
System Reliability & Observability: You will design and implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to guarantee high availability and performance.
Technical Leadership: You will define and establish engineering standards and best practices for the Data Team to follow.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and operate large-scale data systems or AI/ML solution platforms.
Develop and maintain clean, scalable, testable Python-based solutions and internal libraries.
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to guarantee high availability and performance.
Mentor teammates to elevate the team's capabilities and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on scalable data-intensive systems.
Hands-on experience with end-to-end ML lifecycles, ML production deployment, Kubernetes orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep expertise in Site Reliability Engineering principles and practical experience with modern observability and monitoring tools, and Infrastructure as Code.
