We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a National Account Executive to join our Sales team in Melbourne, Australia

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans.Support the National Account Managers in their weekly financial reporting routine.Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team, including tracking Joint Business Plan (JBP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.Manage the claims process for the team, processing weekly outstanding claims and investigating anomalies.Support the build of effective promotional plans and execution, which forms part of the account planning process, including new line submissions and pricing queries.Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through effective collaboration with the category and marketing teams.Support the National Account Managers to submit a sales forecast along with assumptions for sign off at monthly demand meetings.About you:Previous experience in FMCG sales, category, marketing or relevant account management disciplines highly regardedExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise wayA can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the teamA desire to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledgeStrong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partnersA clear vision for your future career in sales and account managementTertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business or a related disciplineEligibility to work in Australia, with full working rightsBenefits of working with usHybrid Working – Flexibility around when and where you workPay for Performance – industry leading variable compensation offerings tied to company and individual performance on top of a competitive base salary packageParental Leave – paid time off for both primary AND secondary caregiversLeave Options – Purchased leave, volunteer leave and LiveWell leave programs to give you even more flexibility to plan your life and spend time on causes that matterNovated LeasingGreat Place to Work certification in Australia and New ZealandIn House Training ProgramsCorporate Discount ProgramsReady to make an Impact?
