Overview

National Account Executive role at Kraft Heinz in Melbourne, Australia. This permanent opportunity sits within the Sales team in a global FMCG environment. Flexible work arrangement – 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
  • Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans.
  • Support the National Account Managers in their weekly financial reporting routine.
  • Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team, including tracking Joint Business Plan (JBP) and AOP targets.
  • Manage the claims process for the team, processing weekly outstanding claims and investigating anomalies.
  • Support the build of effective promotional plans and execution, including new line submissions and pricing queries.
  • Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through collaboration with the category and marketing teams.
  • Support the National Account Managers to submit a sales forecast along with assumptions for sign-off at monthly demand meetings.
About you
  • Previous experience in FMCG sales, category, marketing or relevant account management disciplines highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise way.
  • A can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team.
  • A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • A clear vision for your future career in sales and account management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, with full working rights.
