
Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the People & Culture team.
The successful candidate will have a qualification in Human Resources and proven experience in a similar role. They will possess excellent attention to detail, demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues related to Human Resource management, approachability and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts, personnel files, HR records, and employee information.
- Monitor and respond to queries in P&C and Recruitment inboxes, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Support end-to-end recruitment (advertising, shortlisting, interview preparations, request references, record management and candidate communication).
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and deliver RACP induction programs.
- Organise training (invites, venues, materials, catering, equipment).
- Plan organisation-wide events for key dates.
- Produce monthly employment statistics reports.
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Elmo).
- Collaborate with the P&C team to meet goals, deadlines, and project needs.
- EducationQualification in Human Resources.
- ExperienceProven experience in a similar role.
- SkillsExcellent attention to detail, demonstrated understanding of confidentiality issues related to Human Resource management, approachability and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships.
