Delivering excellence in human resources requires a meticulous approach, and we're looking for an individual who can bring this skill set to our Australia and New Zealand HR team in Sydney.
This role involves providing administrative support to the HR team, management, and employees, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing HR support and guidance to employees
- Supporting onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Managing HR queries to maximize employee satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate data records within HRIS systems
- Analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Reviewing and organizing qualitative data from employee surveys
- Creating engaging intranet content to share resources and information
- Identifying process improvements in HR and management practices
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources administration or coordination
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in HRIS data analysis and HR system support
- Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to prioritize tasks
