HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR (JOB NUMBER: HUM000898)

**Position Purpose**
Assist the Human Resources team by performing core administrative processes supporting all HR activities across the employee lifecycle.

Administrative Human Resources duties including data entry and management, onboarding of new starters, HR documentation for employees and supporting payroll function in setting up new joiners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior HR professional to join a global organisation and develop their career. The role requires interaction with all employees internally, and external liaison with agencies and service providers.

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Onboarding of new joiners (contracts, reference checking, HR system set up, including interns and agency contractors)
- Contract variations, extensions (e.g. promotions, transfers etc.)
- Employee leave administration and reporting (e.g. annual leave, maternity leave)
- Offboarding (e.g. leavers, systems administration and notification etc.)
- Support with mobility and immigration coordination.
- General administration
- Prepare materials for employees and managers
- Update records and maintain proper filing systems (e.g. Chris21 payroll, MyDevelopment training records etc.)
- HR Intranet content management
- Expense claim management and gift registry coordination for Human Resources team.
- Coordination of team meetings / workshops.
- Assist with HR Controls and compliance.
- Assist with payroll, benefits and compensation administration.

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- Act as a back up to wider HR team to support on HR administration, e.g. during periods of absence
- Contribute to Permanent Control framework

- Intermediate skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
