**Purpose of the Human Resources Administrator role**
The Human Resources Administrator is a crucial part of our small team. You'll be responsible for providing essential support and assistance with administrative and day-to-day transactional tasks to the Learning and Development function to ensure the smooth running of the division. As the first point of contact for L&D queries, you'll be required to provide good customer service for our support staff, clinical team & other stakeholders.
**Purpose of the role**
The Human Resources Administrator is a crucial part of our small team. You'll be responsible for providing essential support and assistance with administrative and day-to-day transactional tasks to the Learning and Development function to ensure the smooth running of the division. As the first point of contact for L&D queries, you'll be required to provide good customer service for our support staff, clinical team & other stakeholders.
**Role responsibilities**:As Human Resources Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Provide effective administrative support to the PPC Team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Induction Coordination: Coordinate fortnightly inductions, including scheduling, inviting attendees, booking venues and speakers/trainers, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- LMS Management: Set up and upload course content on the Learning Management System as scheduled in the Learning Calendar.
- Session Support: Provide support to various learning sessions, including managing attendance and completion.
- Evaluation Support: Assist with evaluation processes and review evaluations to identify trends.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on mandatory training activities to track progress and completion to ensure we are compliant with our NDIS requirements.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Relevant Certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience working as a HR Administrator in a large, complex environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience using an LMS
- Adaptability to work in fast paced environment with conflicting priorities.
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Desirable - HR/Learning admin experience within an NDIS-related, Healthcare or highly regulated industry

- Provide personal/physical care and support to clients including, but not limited to, grooming, toileting, meal preparation and assistance, home support, transport and medication administration.
- Support the use of physical and communication aids and devices and other personal equipment where required.
- Provide support that will enable clients to participate successfully in individual interests, hobbies, and relationships in the community.
- Support clients to access recreational services, transport services, including public transport, taxis, Achieve Australia vehicles.
- Advocate for and assist clients, their families, and significant people in their lives to access and engage with community.
- Complete client documentation including writing case notes, updating our client management system, communication booklets, medical documentation, etc.
