You will organize the day-to-day operations for installers and liaise with builders to ensure call-up dates are met and installations are completed promptly.
This role works directly with the technical team, logistics team, and sales manager.Please Note: This is a hybrid position, with 3 days each week based at our vibrant Byron Bay Head Office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.Key ResponsibilitiesConfirm future availability of install teamsSchedule appointments for the week/dayRecruit electricians nationally, focusing on VIC & NSWLiaise via phone and email with installers, builders, and site supervisorsConduct regular confirmations and negotiate rearrangementsResolve issues before arriving onsite and onsiteDefuse and reassure frustrated installers and supervisors to reach resolutionsAbout YouMinimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)Charm and persuasion skills to effectively negotiate and influenceAbility to multitask efficientlyStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent organisation skills and prioritization abilityTech-savvy and commercially astuteResiding in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region with ability to commute to Byron Bay office Monday-FridayBonus PointsExperience dealing with contractors or trades (highly regarded)Experience negotiating trading terms or contractsSalesforce experienceProficiency with Google Sheets or ExcelWhy Join Smart Energy?
