Reporting to the State Installations Manager, this role ensures the successful, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with our quality standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support tradespeople, including tilers, waterproofers, and caulkers Manage contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance (NCC, Building Code) Oversee scheduling and job readiness for installation works Conduct on-site inspections and ensure QA compliance Support safety culture and incident reporting using Safety culture Maintain accurate records via Buildertrend and other reporting systems Foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders OUR CULTURE… At Beaumont Tiles, we believe that creating a culture of belonging and inclusivity is crucial to our success, and we strive to reflect the diversity of our local communities in our workforce.

ABOUT YOU You're a strong communicator and organiser who thrives on juggling multiple moving parts while keeping quality and safety front of mind.
You're comfortable managing teams and resolving issues on site quickly and professionally.
