Operations Manager

**The Role**
You will be tasked with looking after the operational performance of the asset, managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets, PPM, projects and ensuring the relationships between tenants and the group are maintained. You'll be supported by 1 direct reports who will manage the day to day running of facilities and maintenance, so the main aspect of this role will be general business management.
Trade Qualifications would be beneficial
Experience working within the property sector (essential)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills - ability to build rapport across all levels
CAPEX & OPEX budget management experience essential
Variety of project management experience (refurbs, fit outs etc)
Working knowledge of air-conditioning plant & other mechanical systems within a shopping centre
