Your part in our Blue Care team

This role will ensure high customer satisfaction and engagement with Blue Care through delivering a Blue Care person-centred and consistent accounts management approach. You will:
- Provide a high level of inbound and outbound customer service-
- Determine customer needs and assist to understand suitable care options- Explain the Aged Care process in detail including the fees payable- Follow all legislative requirements including issuing legal contracts to clients What makes a difference for us?- Well-developed communication skills in order to proactively respond to customer needs and offer support according to individual customer circumstances.- Proven experience coordinating the end-to-end customer journey for residential intake including empathy for customers and a genuine desire to seek the best possible customer outcomes.- Demonstrated problem solving skills including the ability to identify the best care options to meet customer needs.
