Residential Home Supervisor Opportunity in Caboolture Region

This is a leadership position that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of two residential homes in the Caboolture region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of support workers and ensuring high-quality care for the individuals we support.

  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing culture among a team of approximately 30 support staff.
  • Promote trauma-informed support and evidence-based practices within the home environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards within the home environment.
Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised case management plans to support participants and young people in our care.
  • Develop and implement case plans that address individual needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Conduct ongoing risk and needs assessments to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
  • Write Positive Behaviour Support Plans and incident reports in line with industry standards.
  • Foster self-determination and active participation among individuals receiving support.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in house management or case management and thrive in a leadership position. A Bachelor's Degree in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is desirable (Diploma accepted with substantial experience).

Requirements
  • Australian working rights.
  • Current QLD driver's licence (reasonable adjustments will be made for stable medical conditions which allow the inherent requirements of the role to be performed safely).
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain an LCS check, Blue Card, and Yellow Card.
