
Ecommerce Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Ecommerce Specialist to lead our online customer acquisition strategy. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective traffic plans across multiple platforms and channels with the aim to increase customer acquisition, sales, and conversion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that will measure your impact include traffic effectiveness, digital campaign success, and conversion rates and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across our ecommerce websites.
To succeed in this role:
- You will plan, develop, and execute the online customer acquisition strategy.
- You will optimize all customer acquisition channels including on-site conversion campaigns.
- You will grow affiliate marketing programs, manage partnerships, and develop partner-specific strategies.
- You will manage SEM programs, including Google Shopping, leading search within the omni-channel program.
- You will work with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities within the go-to-market process.
- You will coordinate with the broader Digital Marketing team, global and local agencies to generate effective integrated marketing campaigns.

To excel in this role, you must have:
- Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience analysing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine if they are meeting business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau.
- Extensive website / customer journey analytics and data-driven marketing experience.
- Experience with A/B or multivariate testing to improve KPIs such as conversion optimisation.
As a successful Ecommerce Specialist, you will be able to:
- Create customer-facing campaigns that are on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience.
- Organise, deliver results and prioritise tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Manage multiple projects, and comfortable dealing with the ambiguity and changing priorities of a global business.
