Senior Software Engineer

You'll play a pivotal role in crafting seamless, high-quality digital experiences that deliver real therapeutic value to our users as a Senior Software Engineer. With at least 5 years of software development experience, ideally encompassing mobile and web expertise, you'll bring deep knowledge in designing performant, scalable, and intuitive applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product, and clinical experts to deliver features that are both technically robust and user-centric.
In addition to your software expertise, you'll also contribute to driving the reliability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure with 2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience. From CI/CD pipelines to observability tooling and infrastructure-as-code, you'll be instrumental in evolving our engineering systems to support a growing, high-impact product suite.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to all stages of development in an Agile team, ensuring reliable, scalable systems and exceptional user experiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy impactful features across web and mobile platforms.
Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack solutions, emphasizing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Lead DevOps practices, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, system observability, and incident management.
Take full ownership of features from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices in engineering, security, data privacy, and compliance.
