Job Title: High-Impact Digital Health Solutions

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of life-changing digital health solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to all stages of development in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain clean, reliable code and infrastructure that aligns with best practices.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy impactful features across web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack solutions that emphasize performance, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Take ownership of features from initial design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, promoting best practices in engineering, security, data privacy, and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in software engineering and DevOps practices, including infrastructure automation and CI/CD.
  • Strong ability to design, develop, and maintain clean, reliable code and infrastructure, aligned with best practices.
  • Proven expertise in leading technical initiatives, ensuring effective end-to-end delivery and operational stability.
  • Skilled in automated testing, code reviews, and maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on system resilience, security, performance, and user experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience mentoring teams, contributing positively to recruitment, and promoting organisational values.
