In this role you will work a rotating roster over 3 weeks, 5 over 7 days and you will need to be available to work weekends.

**You'll be involved in**:

- Covering vacant shifts in the event of unplanned situations.
- Allocating vehicles and coordinating the bus yard runout.
- Organising schedules for vehicle and staff changeovers.
- Liaising with the Operations Control Centre to communicate updates on any impacted services.
- Providing support to frontline employees during incidents and emergencies.
- Monitoring operational changes and updating information in relevant systems.
- Processing weekly rosters, timesheets and payroll in accordance with relevant industrial instruments.
- Reporting on daily operational performance and implementing any corrective actions.

**The boxes you'll tick**:

- Experience in coordinating large teams with excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and reporting software.
- Self-motivated with a positive approach to a constantly changing work environment.
- Experience in adhering to and monitoring compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions and communications.
- Minimum medium rigid driver's license and relevant authority, plus a working with children check (or willingness to attain).
