This new role based in our Stapylton branch will see you become part of our supportive and inclusive work environment with a relaxed culture, working alongside Engineers, Designers, Field Supervisors and Contractors in the Construction Industry on Ventia's fixed network contracts.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator with a can-do attitude to join our N2P and ODM Projects. The work encompasses commercial and new developments. The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in Telecommunications with the ability to multitask to support and manage multiple demands of the project team. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Capturing, Processing and Management of defects from the field and desk using industry specific software
- Raising and assigning actions for field defects
- Management of documentation, (data, photos, completion packs)
- Ensuring actions are close out according to specified standards
- Creating reports as required
