About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities: Manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
  • Manage budgets and resources: Control project expenses, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Liaise with project sponsors, team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Monitor progress: Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
