This is essential in promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for the residents.Your Key Responsibilities Will BeActivity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.Resident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events.
Ensure that the activities are well-organized, safe, and inclusive, allowing all residents to participate to the maximum of their abilities.Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.Skills & ExperienceCert IV Leisure & Health.Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.Friendly and effective communication abilities.Ready to ApplyOur people and culture set us apart and our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
