**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinators primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Project/ Site Manager.

We are a commercial flooring contractor, based at Mitcham in Melbourne. Our main source of work is in health services, for example The Victorian Heart Hospital in Clayton. Our clients include Multiplex, Lend Lease, Icon and John Holland.

**JOB TITLE**: Project Coordinator

**Reports to**: Operations Manager

**Associated **:Project Managers, Site Managers, Estimators,

**JOB SUMMARY**: The Project Coordinators primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Project/ Site Manager. His or her duties are centred around the requirements of all live projects.

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and Submit Compliance Documentation
- Pre commencement - organise and submit all compliance documentation inc Greenstar
- Post - request, collate and submit documentation Operation and Maintenance Manuals, warranties etc. as required
- Request and submit architectural samples for approval
- Record and create all labour sheets & minor work variations as directed by Operations Manager
- Sub-Contractor Assistance
- Site inductions
- Organise accomodation, travel bookings,
- Communicate all updated Floor91 policies to subcontractors
- Produce and collate relevant construction sets for all live works
- Organise and co-ordinate all company functions/social events inc submission for FAV Awards

**EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**
- Competent use of Word, Numbers, Adobe, Callidus
- Aconex, Online submissions on various web based platforms, BidContender, OmTrak

**SKILLS REQUIRED**

- Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
