Support people living on low to moderate incomes, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and those living with a disability.

**The Role**

Hit the ground running as a highly skilled and motivated individual, who will play an integral part in establishing and delivering appropriate housing for people with disabilities. You will be the key liaison point for all stakeholders, working in partnership to achieve deliverables and quality outcomes for clients. You will be involved in all phases of the expansion project, from conception to delivery.

**About You**

To be successful for this role, you will have demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and networking skills, including working in partnership with a range of stakeholders to achieve deliverables and quality outcomes for clients. In addition, you will have a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, particularly in relation to SDA requirements.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Stakeholder management & networking skills.
- Strong and effective decision-making skills, with a client and advocacy focus.
- The relevant sector knowledge to solve problems and identify and mitigate risks.
- The ability to work independently as part of a broader team within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the RTA.

**Desirable**:

- A current drivers licence and the ability to travel.

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
