Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Coordinator.

This role will be responsible for coordinating activities to establish new specialist accommodation services for our customers. Working collaboratively with customers, families, team leaders, and external stakeholders, this role will ensure seamless delivery of SDA projects according to agreed scopes and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling programs to optimize resource requirements while considering other organizational activities.
  • Monitoring and managing resource needs for internal and external stakeholders to mitigate risks to time and quality.
  • Coodinating successful moves of Activ customers into identified SDA accommodation.
  • Engaging cross-functional teams for cohesive and successful SDA delivery.
  • Leading the Project Steering Committee to address emerging issues timely.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in project management or supporting executives with significant stakeholder management.
  • Highly developed problem-solving, analytical skills, and sound business judgment.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is highly regarded.
  • Background in the disability sector is advantageous but not essential.
