**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the DFR National Operations Manager, your key duties will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing teams to deliver outstanding customer service while cultivating a high-performance, achievement-oriented culture.
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships across Sonic HealthPlus and DFR teams.
- Coordinating workforce management across all clinics, optimising staff schedules to meet operational needs and ensure efficient room utilisation.
- Providing regional oversight of payroll processing, including timesheet approval, tracking, and addressing payroll-related queries.
- Managing human resources tasks, including training, mentoring, and overseeing administration and nursing staff.

- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage staff to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
