**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for healthcare coordination and team management? We are currently looking for a Medical Coordinator Team Lead to join our dedicated team on a full time basis supporting Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

**DUTIES**:
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

- Lead and support a team of Medical Coordinators to deliver high-quality service
- Track and report on service delivery metrics and team performance
- Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support to healthcare staff
- Work closely with the DFR Regional Operations Manager WA/NT to align with operational goals

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Experience in a healthcare, administrative or coordination role (Defence or recruitment experience highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining of confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
