About the Role

As a Practice Manager at Viking, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, cultivating valuable broker relationships and driving business expansion. This dynamic position offers you the opportunity to directly impact our success while helping brokers achieve their full potential through strategic coaching and business development.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you'll lead the recruitment and guide the onboarding experience for brokers in WA. As a Practice Manager, you will provide guidance and expertise that supports the development of brokers' businesses. By leveraging our comprehensive toolkit and your industry knowledge, you'll become an essential partner in your brokers' success stories.

Your Impact

  • Champion broker success through personalised coaching, business strategy development, and unlocking growth opportunities.

  • Build and nurture a network of thriving broker relationships across your region.

  • Identify and recruit promising new broker partnerships to expand Viking's footprint.

  • Develop strategic relationships with lenders, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.

  • Represent Viking at high-profile industry events and support brokers with co-hosted local market activities.

  • Share expertise with interstate teams to foster innovation and best practices.

  • Empower brokers through comprehensive training on our cutting-edge platforms.

  • Drive engagement with our CRM and specialised sales tools.

  • Collaborate with our dedicated broker support team to deliver seamless onboarding.

  • Leverage lender relationships to create valuable connections across Asset/Commercial/Residential streams.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep understanding of commercial and residential broker aggregation.

  • Established broker network with a minimum of 3 years of experience in third-party lending or aggregation.

  • Exceptional coaching skills for SME business relationships.

  • Superior stakeholder management capabilities, both internal and external.

  • Proven track record in building positive team cultures.

  • Excellence in CRM management and sales hygiene practices.
