What you'll do:
- Design compelling digital journeys across our websites and in the future mobile apps- Work with stakeholder groups inside Sky Business' digital function including product owners, engineers, cx, ecommerce, demand generation and content marketing to represent and advocate the value of UX design and User Centred Design practices.- Help drive our creative culture by being a highly visible advocate for all things design, and challenge poor conceptualisation and decisions.- Act as line manager of up to 2 UX Designers and share knowledge across the team.- Ensure consistency in design across Sky Business, and wherever possible Sky- Run usability testing to drive decisions- Take ownership design process from ideation to execution- Leading design processes including user journey's, wireframes, templates, models etc.

What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience with a specific focus on UX Design and Research, and leading/ or desire to lead a small team- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to convey sophisticated design concepts clearly to different delivery skills within the organisation.- Demonstrable experience of UCD design principles and methodologies, with an ability to conduct competitor analysis & benchmarking, build user journeys, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.- Experience conducting usability testing; demonstrating an ability to plan, conduct and analyse your own studies using in-person, remote or online methods.- Solid background in gathering business requirements, analysing data to establish insight, and translating sometimes challenging business objectives into designs which meet customer needs.- Experience working within a high-pressure delivery environment, and in a highly collaborative manner with multiple delivery skill sets.- Experience of running discovery & design workshops, helping drive alignment and innovation through experiences we deliver.- Experience and understanding the complexities of maintaining a design library and working with development teams to ensure a well design set of re-usable web components
