What you'll do:
- Implement experimentation projects in collaboration with Product, UX design, Technology and business teams- Translate business problem statements into analysis requirements or A/B test hypothesis- Run A/B test design, sizing, setup, monitoring, QA, analysis, insights creation-
- Lead the end-to-end program for A/B tests and experimentation

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree plus demonstrated ability in customer-facing data analysis and product roles- Ability to translate technical aspects of analysis and metrics into practical insights for product managers, UX design, Technology and business partners with varying levels of analytic expertise- Data driven storytelling skills - you build and deliver compelling presentations with outstanding visuals- Have a good understanding of basic statistical technique and methodologies as well as an understanding of distributions, expectations, hypothesis testing, A/B Testing- Proficiency with SQL - ability to write basic queries from scratch and modify sophisticated queries- Proficiency with visualization tools (Tableau, etc.) - ability to build interactive, user-friendly and compelling dashboards and reports- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
