**What you will need to succeed**:
We are looking for someone energetic and outgoing who has perhaps got a background in retail or hospitality looking to move their career in a different direction.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to build positive and effective working relationships.
- A valid Australian Drivers License
- Advanced computer skills
- Personality plus and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and sense of urgency.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Build relationships with new and current clients.
- Work closely with the team to ensure actions are consistent with sales objectives.
- Building partnerships with colleagues within the group are critical.
- Constantly review where streams of works are coming from.
- Proactively driving sales opportunities
- Clearly monitor statistics on strike rate and win loss ratios.
- Work thoughtfully to identify, clarify and exceed client and expectations.
- Ensure commitments and promises made are fully supported and delivered.
- Coordinate external networking events and functions with the internal Stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive approach and continually seek and develop new ideas.
**Key Selection Criteria**: Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Are you extremely motivated and can think outside the box? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. Although the set criteria is important we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.
