- **Le Bon Choix is seeking a motivated Second in Charge for our amazing French cafe at Indooroopilly.**_
- **Location - Westfield Indooroopilly**_

To be considered for the position you **must** have a **minimum of 1 years experience** in cafe management, and a proven track record. The following skills and personal attributes we are looking for:

- Excellent social skills
- Able to acheive KPI's and write rosters
- Dedication and pride in every task carried out
- Have a love for hospitality and management
- Clear understanding in café operations
- Have a "can do" attitude with a drive to deliver excellence in customer service
- Providing staff training and development

** Must have Barista experience and skills**

You must be able to follow set budgets and control wastage and sales ratios, weekly report, wage report as well as be able to integrate store rosters.

*Some weekend work is involved and full availability essential
