We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to manage our small Cafe - Monday to Friday 6 am to 2.30 pm.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a positive team culture
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Lead by example to inspire team members in the provision of excellent customer service
  • Manage the Cafe's administration, systems and ordering
  • Work with the State Manager to maintain both labour and COGS budgets
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience
  • Maintain hygiene, quality, safety and presentation of the Cafe
  • A little about You:
  • Possess amazing customer service
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • A passion for hospitality and leadership
  • The ability to influence, lead and coach a team
  • Very strong all-round cafe and barista skills
  • Advanced interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
  • A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would advantageous but not essential
