This is an exciting 12-month opportunity to make a difference by providing expert advice, coordination and facilitation in the design and delivery of employee performance and engagement, learning management system (LMS) implementation and management, workforce planning and cultural change interventions. As Learning & Capability Specialist, you will be valued for your knowledge and skills in being able to administer the Public Trustee's LMS, including systems and support for facilitators, course participants and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Implement online training and evaluate and monitor regulatory requirements, ensuring that all subsequent legislative changes are reflected in all statutory and mandatory online training.
- Design, develop, evaluate, and review learning and development programs which maximise skills development and the transfer of learning in the workplace.
- Keep up to date with current innovative practice and methods of e-learning design and authoring tools.
- Extract information from different sources and undertake data analysis to feed into workforce data planning and reporting.
- Work with the team to develop e-learning products and services, and maintain workflow for enrolment, testing, grading, certification, and other program requirements.
- Function as the primary liaison with the vendor (WorkPlan) and internal IT stakeholders, overseeing LMS upgrades, internal system integrations, advising on new features and tools for the LMS.
- Undertake coordination and administrative tasks associated with learning and development activities; provide support and assistance to stakeholders; assist with budgeting; and participate in temporary projects to address nominated Culture and Capability matters.
- Contribute to the research, analysis and development of People and Culture divisional business processes and procedures.
