As a key member of our People and Culture team, the Learning and Capability Systems Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of our organisation's learning and capability strategy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimising the SuccessFactors system to ensure accurate data management, streamlined processes, and strong system functionality. This will enable strategic learning outcomes, compliance reporting, and workforce development initiatives.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Systems-based experience with a focus on workflow coordination
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
