POSITION SUMMARY:Act as a strategic solution expert to penetrate existing accounts and build long term meaningful relationships.
Drive new revenue to the business and create advocates in the marketplace for the MRI brand, reduce the attrition rate of existing customers through open and regular communication, drive whitespace revenue into existing accounts through new feature adoption, additional vertical uptake and utilization of partner integrations.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, experienced sales professional that is focused on retaining and expanding MRIs footprint of the existing client base employing a consultative 'solution expert' sales approach.As an Account Manager/Account Executive (Hybrid), you will be responsible for the following:Acting as a 'solutions expert' in helping customers with their unique business issues and strategic initiatives – become a trusted advisorWork on developing detailed plans on how customers can best partner with MRI AND ensure this plan is executedConfidently conduct client presentations, meetings, demonstrations and promote MRI at industry conferences and trade shows as requiredWorking with the broader sales team to share ideas, knowledge and business development strategies to ensure our approach is aligned across the businessDriving and managing the sales process - targeting retention, expansion and net new opportunities, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting/ scheduling software demonstrations, negotiating and administrating opportunities within your assigned account listFacilitating the sales administration process in SFDC and HubspotRESPONSIBILITIES:Design account strategies and work with leadership and marketing to achieve short and long-term sales goals for targeted clientsSchedule / deliver valuable and confident presentations to existing clients / prospectsDevelop detailed account mapping to ensure aligns with relevant goalsDevelop and implement integrated sales strategies in conjunction with other business units on shared opportunitiesExceed assigned annual sales / retention quotas through upsell, cross sell and new salesHandle the contracting process and sales administration (SFDC)Maintain relationships with existing customers through online and face to face interactionUnderstand MRI's positioning in the market and be well versed in product differentiators and strengths with a view to expand client footprints across your accountsMaintain a healthy pipeline, excellent record keeping and forecast reportingRepresent company at trade association meetings to promote productsAll other duties and responsibilities as assignedREQUIREMENTS:3 + years of strategic sales/account management experience in Proptech software industry or similarResidential Real Estate experience preferred, yet not requiredDemonstrated track record in adding value through client relationship in order to increase the revenue over a sustained period, exceeding sales targets with ability to work with the key stakeholdersAbility to engage with C suite confidently and interpret / convey MRI's missionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in presenting to clients / prospectsAbility to operate in a very fast paced environment with multiple prioritiesGood understanding of technology and ability to absorb new systems and processesBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline preferred, yet not requiredSFDC AND Hubspot experience preferred, yet not requiredWHAT MAKES THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY?
