This is a Melbourne-based role with hybrid working arrangements.How will you make an impact?
Providing legal advice, reviewing, drafting, negotiating leasing documents across Bupa APAC (including retail and commercial leasing) including managing sign-off and registration requirements.Ensuring compliance with Bupa's leasing and governance standards.Managing a leasing portfolio and maintaining stakeholder relationships and communications with the internal property team.Providing legal advice, reviewing, drafting and negotiating construction arrangements.Assisting with property acquisitions and projects (including due diligence, drafting / negotiation of transaction documents).
Participating in the implementation of legal technology tools in the property legal space.Providing regular updates on the latest developments in property and leasing legislation.Supporting legal reporting for the Bupa APAC Board and Leadership Teams.Developing relationships and collaborating with various business stakeholders.Why work at Bupa?
