We are seeking an experienced Legal Adviser to join our team in a key role within Property and Leasing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing legal advice on leasing documents, construction arrangements, and commercial matters related to Health Services.
  • Ensuring compliance with leasing and governance standards.
  • Managing a leasing portfolio and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
  • Assisting with property acquisitions and projects, including due diligence and transaction document negotiation.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role offering a challenging opportunity for professional growth and development.

You will be working closely with internal stakeholders to provide expert legal advice and support.

Requirements:
  • A Law degree from an Australian or international university.
  • A current relevant practising certificate in a state Supreme Court or the High Court of Australia.
  • Minimum 4+ years post-admission experience in-house or in private practice, providing property, commercial, and contracting legal advice.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to provide pragmatic legal advice.
