**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse security gaps and work with stakeholders to provide options/solutions to secure the systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning
- Train and educate staff on security best practices.
- Stay current on industry developments and emerging threats.
- Ensure solution designs align with Cyber Security strategy whilst meeting business and technical requirements

**You**
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership
- Strong understanding of current cyber threats and security best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- CISSP, CISM or other relevant security certification preferred
