Strategic Leadership Opportunity

Catholic education seeks a visionary leader to shape its digital future through innovation, collaboration and transformation.

This role offers senior leadership responsibilities including:

  • Providing strategic direction for ICT strategy ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic plan
  • Driving the delivery of efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions supporting corporate and educational outcomes
  • Leading the development, implementation and governance of multi-year ICT strategy
  • Overseeing network architecture, cyber security, application development, infrastructure and end-user services across schools and the office
  • Ensuring strong ICT governance, risk management and business continuity frameworks are in place
  • Managing and developing a high-performing ICT team fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Representing Catholic education at national ICT and education forums

Requirements include:

  • A demonstrated commitment to Catholic education values with the ability to give witness to the faith life of the Church
  • Significant executive-level leadership experience in ICT within complex environments
  • Proven capability in leading large-scale ICT strategies, projects and transformations delivered on time and within budget
  • Strong governance and risk management experience including information security and compliance
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines postgraduate qualifications or industry certifications highly desirable
  • A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential
