Job DescriptionOaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel are looking for a Front Office Supervisor on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a dynamic team, with a range of excellent benefits available.About the Role:Lead and support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.Serve as a role model, sharing your expertise and continuously motivating the team to achieve high standards of service.Oversee the completion of daily tasks, ensuring they are executed accurately and in a timely manner.Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out experience.Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.Working Hours (subject to change):Rotating roster from Tuesday to Saturday, alternating between AM and PM shiftsScheduled within 6:00am – 10:00pmAct as first point of contact for front office staff requiring after-hours assistanceQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; prior supervisory experience is highly regarded.Extensive background in the hospitality industry, ideally within a hotel or resort setting, with a thorough understanding of guest service standards and operations.Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to maintain a consistently positive and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of duties.Impeccable professional presentation, reflecting the high standards of the organisation.Flexibility to work weekends and adjust to varying schedules, as required by the operational needs of the business.Additional InformationAt Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
