Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Drive new business acquisition and direct sales through outbound engagement with small-medium business (SMB) customersBe the key point of contact for your customer portfolio, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer journeyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions that meet customer needsAnalyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tacticsFacilitate negotiations and support contract finalisation in collaboration with legal and internal stakeholdersRepresent IKEA at trade shows and industry events, staying connected to market trends and identifying new opportunities for growthEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship buildingOur culture and valuesAt IKEA, our vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people.
