We are on the hunt for an ambitious company representative to augment our experienced team in servicing NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage B2B client accounts delivering customer excellence, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve issues decisively, market our extensive product range, and showcase our product features and benefits.
  • Travel extensively to meet and exceed sales targets in your territory and support the Business in managing key multi state accounts.
  • Organise and manage your schedule to deliver results and exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with B2B sales experience and a passion for customer service, or a person who has significant experience within a related or sensitive industry.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and handle emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to hit targets, and add value to customer relationships.
  • High level numeracy skills including, but not limited to, the ability to understand sales forecasting, analyse sales trends and interpret customer financial performance.
  • Time management skills and a hunger to succeed, prepared to learn the funeral industry from the bottom up.
  • A love for, and the ability to travel and work autonomously.
