As a Store Operations Support Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a crucial role within the Business Development, IT and Support Operations Division in enhancing store operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Proactively monitoring store operations to identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our retail stores
- Collaborating with various divisions to communicate, propose and evaluate tools and supplies to optimise operations, reduce costs, and enhance safety
- Collaborating with various divisions to streamline communication and enhance operational efficiency
- Coordinating and providing project-based support to meet our retail business operational needs

**Skills and Experiences**:

- Previous experience in the retail or administrative environment or similar role desirable
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to role is preferred
- Knowledge about MUJI products
- Good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Autonomous and highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related business and communication tools
