**Job Title:** Store Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure efficient goods receipt and purchasing systems, including the authorization of invoices and management of the credit process.
  • Monitor stock quantities, conduct regular reviews on stock prices and material utilization, and negotiate well-priced products and timely deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain a stock database for storing spare parts and materials relevant to plant reliability.
  • Manage parts and equipment references, ensuring storage types are identifiable and easily located in onsite storage facilities.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to implement processes driving continuous improvement opportunities through best practice execution.
