Job Description

As a key member of our dynamic customer service team, you will provide administrative support across store operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accuracy in operational execution.

  • Coordinate logistics and courier bookings for store and Head Office deliveries, including meeting room and car park reservations.
  • Support online operations by assisting with click & collect issues, returns authorisations, and processing online refunds.
  • Manage consumables and showroom inventory, including stock control and replenishment.
  • Process and track internal staff orders, inventory adjustments, and claims from regional managers.

About This Role
  • Previous administration and office support experience, ideally 2+ years, with a proven ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
  • A background in reception or customer service, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
