**About us**: Perth Power Tractors is a provider of high-quality heavy tractors and agricultural machinery in the Perth area. We are a new company established in Kewdale and we pride ourselves on offering top-notch products and exceptional customer service.

**Role**:

- Handle customer requests, take sales and quotation enquiries as required.
- Handle workshop requests for parts and stock.
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time.
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements.

**You**:

- Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude.
- Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Be flexible with working hours inc Saturday if required.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, friendly, and helpful
- Respectful and courteous to customers and colleagues
- Resilient with a drive to succeed, honest with high levels of integrity.
- Forklift license desirable or willingness to obtain it
- Experience with brands such as Versatile and Deutz Fahr is desirable but not essential.
- ** Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role is essential.**
