**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Parts Person to join the team at ACM Parts
- Malaga WA

**Role responsibilities**
- Answer telephone enquiries in a timely, polite and professional manner
- Follow ACM Parts sales process to maximize revenue
- Answer and respond to sales enquiries via all available mediums
- Accurately identify the required parts, and identify the available stock within ACM Parts to fulfil the request
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are processed in a timely manner
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date
- Adhere to all KPI's and follow best sales practice and behaviour
- Follow up with customers for open quotes & providing tracking information on orders
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge
- Utilize inventory system to offer our range of reclaimed, oem & aftermarket parts
- Knowledge of PartsCheck & RepairConnection system ideal for role

- Have a strong knowledge of motor vehicles and replacement parts
- Be experienced in a similar role
- Have intermediate knowledge of computers/systems
