About the Role

We're currently seeking a motivated and reliable Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to work with industry experts, gain valuable training, and become a key part of a growing, family-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service through both phone and counter sales
  • Interpreting and supplying the correct parts to workshop staff and customers
  • Managing purchasing, inventory, and stock control processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers for best pricing and timely supply
  • Keeping the stores and warehouse organised for efficient operations
  • Assisting with allocation of parts to various jobs and projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (truck and trailer parts highly regarded)
  • Sound mechanical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
